Rose is the owner of True Heart Yoga Studio. She is a dedicated teacher with over a decade of experience guiding both in-person and online classes. With 200 hours of Vinyasa Yoga training and 360 hours of training in the Kaiut Yoga Method, she brings a depth of knowledge and a deep commitment to yoga as a lifelong path of learning, healing, and connection. Her teaching style is gentle, precise, and grounded in the belief that yoga should be accessible and supportive for all. Rose creates a welcoming space where students can safely explore movement, release tension, and reconnect with their inner world.
