The Whole You Massage, Yoga and Wellness Studio in Radford, Virginia is seeking a highly skilled, self directed and friendly Massage Therapist with good energy. We are a vibrant and expanding center of wellness in the New River Valley.

Our growing team of holistic professionals is searching far and wide for just the right fit. Applications from people who are out of state are welcomed and will definitely be considered. We do have a temporary housing situation option for a single individual who is seeking to relocate.

We are seeking someone who absolutely loves to work with a wide range of clientele with a multitude of needs. Specifically, someone who is well versed in therapeutic massage and someone who is also able to work with clients who request a nice stress reducing relaxation massage.

Who should apply?

All applicants must either currently be licensed in Virginia or meet ALL necessary credentials to become licensed in Virginia as a massage therapist.

Although we are accepting applications from individuals that are not currently licensed in Virginia, the selected candidate will not officially be hired until they have turned in ALL necessary paperwork to The Virginia Board of Nursing which oversees the licensing of massage therapists in Virginia.

Once an eligible candidate has applied for LMT approval in Virginia through The Board of Nursing. They may begin provisional practice of massage therapy, upon explicit written permission from the VA Board of Nursing.

Do you offer housing for those relocating?

There is an option for temporary housing (maximum of 3 months) only if you are relocating from another part of Virginia or from out of state. We are able to offer living accommodation for a single individual. This includes a small bedroom with twin bed and closet. There is access to a kitchen and a full bath.

Hours

This is a part time position with option to add more hours as your schedule fills. We do a lot of outreach, therefore a lot of opportunities to get your hands on new potential clients.

Compensation

All LMT’s are contract employees and receive a generous portion of services based on skill, experience & expertise. All contract employees receive 100% of gratuity given.
