Join Us for a Day of All Things Catered to Help You to Slow Down and Find Peace.

We will begin together in mindful movement and breath work. Then we will eat a light nourishing lunch together and we will break into smaller groups where we explore different healing modalities Sacred Rest through Foot Soaks, Sound Bathing and Mini Massage Sessions. We will have a Closing Ceremony to commemorate our time spent together.
