April's Sound Bath

Our free monthly sound bath is at our brand new beautiful studio at 644 West Main Street. This event is free, but space is limited so registration is required. As part of the experience you can also add an optional Five Point Ear Acupuncture treatment for $25. Read more about this event below.

Leave stress and worries behind and immerse yourself in this soul awakening offering. Expect to begin with slow gentle yogic movement to create space and stillness in the mind and body. Then you will be led into a restorative relaxation posture to fully take in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other various sound healing instruments.

What is Five Point Ear Acupuncture Treatment?

It is a standardized ear acupuncture and acupressure treatment that involves the gentle placement of up to 5 needles into specific sites on each ear and sitting quietly, usually in a group setting, for 30-45 minutes.

The outer ear acts like a switchboard that sends impulses to the brain, which stimulates the release of endorphins, lowers stress and induces relaxation.

Benefits include, but are not limited to:

• Increased calmness, better sleep

• Decrease in anxiety and agitation

• Reduced cravings for alcohol and other

drugs (including nicotine)

• Relief from stress & trauma

This treatment is facilitated by Tina Krayer, an acupuncture detoxification specialist.
