About the event

Join us at "The Castle" to be in commUNITY and practice some essential Mama Care. We'll nourish ourselves with meditative yoga - mini sound bath and enjoy Epsom Salt Foot Soaks and Tea. Cost is $35 and space is limited. Come fill your cup so that it spills over into everything you do.

**Babes under 6 months & under are welcome as long as mama’s are comfortable navigating yoga with them.
